ISO: ISO swiss cheese filled ravioli recipe

I had an amazing ravioli dish at Les Halles resteraunt in Washington DC. The server said it contained swiss cheese and was cooked in parmesean cheese, onions and butter. But the swiss filling was so amazing- I cannot find any raviolis premade or recipes for swiss cheese filling- anyone have anything on this?
