ISO: Italian beef sandwich

Misc.

Does anyone have a recipe for Italian Beef Sandwiches as made in the Chicago
area? The best ones were made at the Pabst Blue Ribbon. The beef was
marinated, slow roasted, sliced thin and served in a sub roll that had been
dipped in the meat juices. I will be eternally greatful if someone could
come up with this recipe. TIA
