Italian Beef

I am from Chicago area, and believe me, good Italian Beef is hard to find outside of that area! We have lived in Western Kentucky, and now Quincy, IL, and believe me...nobody else knows how to make it. Here is an easy recipe a friend of mine gave me...it comes really close!

Italian Beef

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
4 1/2 pounds Beef roast
1 jar Vlasick Pepperoncini
salt to taste

Place roast in a crock pot. Add pepperoncini. Slow cook 6-8 hours or until beef falls apart. Serve on hard rolls.
