ISO: Italian bread recipe

I'm looking for an Italian bread recipe that is in a recipe book called "Ciao Italia" by Mary Ann Esposito. She had her own cooking show at one time.
It's possibly the most delicious bread I've ever tasted, but I lost the recipe book when I moved.
If anyone can give me that recipe I would be ever so grateful.
