With reference to the response to J. Alexander's Maytag Blue Cheese Colesaw, thanks for the clarification. Also, I did try to contact a copy chains and the headquarters for J. Alexander's. They would not give up their recipe. Here is hope that someone else may have been luckier than I. I sure would love to get their recipe.
