ISO: J D Coopers Fried Calamari Provencale

On a recent visit to Putnam,CT I ate at J D Coopers. As an appetizer we had fried calamari provencale. It was a plate piled high with fried calamari. It was the the warm mixture of olive oil, peppers(red),garlic and bllack olives over the calamari that was outrageous. I would like to make this for Christmas Eve. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
