ISO: James Coney Island Chili

I am from Houston, Tx living in Richland, Wa and one of the things I miss most is James Coney Island Chili. But it seems that when I order a bowl of chili, it is not the same as what they put on the dogs. The taste is slightly different sharper and the meat is in bigger chunks. The meat seams to be chuck roast instead of sirloin. Is this the recipe for the hot dog sauce or the chili or can somebody who has worked at JCI tell me if it is the same chili?
