ISO: jams using frozen fruit??

(I do NOT want freezer jam recipes..thanks)

Im looking for jam recipes using frozen peaches and powdered pectin.
Also, I have a bag of frozen mixed berries (strawberries,blue berry, black barry,red raspberries)I would like a jam recipe for that also.

When using frozen fruit for jam how should you thaw them and how thawed should the fruit be?

Thnaks I know thats alot of questions = )
