Jams using frozen fruits
Misc.Jen, the best way is to thaw them overnight in the fridge. You can also do a good job of thawing them in the microwave. Use the recipes from SureJell or your other powdered pectin just as though the fruit was fresh. It will still turn out great. I use previously frozen fruits all the time for jam. You want them defrosted. It seems to be fine if they are still really cold, as you cook them anyway.
I will see about posting a recipe or two for you.
