ISO: Japanese Smoked Salmon Pizza

Does anyone have this recipe. I had it in a Japanese resturant and it was delish, the bottom crust was made with sticky rice, crisp on the outside, spread with a medium hot sauce and topped with smoked salmon. Its the crust that I'm not sure how to make.
