ISO: Kaiser buns/rolls
Misc. If you are Canadian it's buns - American it's rolls :)
Anyway,I can buy some pretty good ones at a couple of local grocery stores
and I know they are using a mix, full of "fluff-up" additives etc. I
would like to make my own, and want the buns a little more bread like
than most of the dinner rolls I make. Any ideas or good recipes out
there? I have a friend with a deli, and told her I would try and come
up with a recipe and I just can't find one.
