ISO: Kolache - not the cookie

Misc.
I'm trying to find recipes for Kolaches, which I get when I go to Houston. It's like an almost sweet yeast type roll filled with meats, jellies, or whatever you want in them.

There's a place called the Kolache Factory in Houston, and I'd appreciate any help anyone may have to give! Actually, I don't know if I spelled Kolache right, it may start with a C.
