ISO: Korean Radish Pickle
Misc.At Korean restaurants, they often serve a shredded or cubed radish that is sweet. At my Korean supermarket, they sell it under the name "Korean Radish Pickle," but I would like to make it at home. Almost no one at the supermarket speaks English well, so no one can tell me how to make the pickle. Does anyone have a recipe for radish pickle?
