ISO: Light chocolate cake frosting

I am looking for a recipe for light chocolate frosting. I went to a wedding recently and the groom's cake had the most delicious chocolate frosting I had ever put in my mouth! It not only had a light chocolate taste, but the color was a very pale chocolate shade as well. It was a type of butter cream I could tell. Does anyone know what I am talking about?
