Good afternoon to you Kay. Kay, if you think it was a buttercream filling that you tasted in that cake then I am sure that it was. All you need to do is go thru a cake recipe book or two & check out buttercream frosting recipes. Then just add 1 or 1.5 teas of unsweetned cocoa to powder it. Then judge for yourself if yor concoction requires additional cocoa.
