ISO: Looking for a "Sweet" Sourdough Bread.

Misc.

I'm sure hoping that someone can help me with this one....My husband and I,
while traveling through Alabama, stopped at a rural flea market where we found
a stand selling fresh loaves of bread. The bread was made by local Minnenites
(spelling?) and we purchased some of the BEST sourdough we've ever tasted. It
was light and actually quite sweet. Much BETTER than any I've ever baked! Does
anyone know of a sourdough recipe that tends to be sweet? If so...I'd surely
appreciate hearing about it!!! Thank you!
