HOW TO HEAT SMOKED BEEF BRISKET
(For a fully cooked 3 lb smoked beef brisket)
FROM THAWED:
OVEN:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove thawed brisket from packaging and place in a roasting pan. Add 1/2 cup of water to pan and cover with foil. Heat for 70-80 minutes.
MICROWAVE:
Remove thawed brisket from packaging and place in a microwave safe dish. Add 1/2 cup of water to dish and cover with plastic, venting one corner. Microwave on high for 10 minutes. Turn over brisket, recover and heat an additional 8-10 minutes. Let rest 2 minutes before slicing and serving.
FROM FROZEN:

Turn over brisket again, recover and heat on high for 12-15 minutes. Let rest 2 minutes before slicing and serving.
