ISO: looking for creole hollandaise recipe

Misc.
I had a delicious blackened prime rib dinner several months ago. The chef served it with a creole hollandaise sauce which was truly delicious. She has since gone on to another restaurant out of our area and I never got the recipe from her. Does anyone know what spice mix she might have added to make the hollandaise "creole". I would love to make this for my husband for Valentine's dinner. Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
