Recipe: Creole Hollandaise

Toppings - Sauces and Gravies
Creole hollandaise is identical with the original exception that a little red bell peper, celery and onion (sometimes referred to as "the holy trinity" of Louisianna cuisine) are diced, cooked and added at the end along with some Tabasco or other hot sauce.
