POTATO DROP BISCUITS
2 1/4 cups biscuit baking mix
1/3 cup mashed potato flakes
2/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons sour cream
In a bowl, combine (dry) biscuit mix and potato flakes.
In another bowl, whisk the milk and sour cream. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 10-12 minutes or until tops begin to brown. Serve warm.
