ISO: Looking for help doing conversions

Misc.
Hi. I finally (afte 2 years of searching) have found a favorite cookie recipe. The problem is that the source was a commercial bakery. While I completely appreciate them sharing, I'm not sure I can "downsize" it correctly. (I.E. 14 lbs of flour, .06 lbs salt) I can, of course convert lbs to oz and then go that route but how do you measure out .06857 ounces of salt?) Does anyone know if there is a site out there that lets you type in your recipes and reduces it for you? TIA
