ISO: Looking for Houlihan's Dublin Pot Roast

Does anyone have the recipe for Houlihans dublin pot roast? It has chunks of roast, mashed potatoes, celery and carrots in this incredible gravy topped with crispy onion things. Hope someone knows how to make it.
