Recipe: Raw Cranberry Relish (using orange and apple, food processor)

Arizona, here is our super quick and easy recipe for a Raw Cranberry Relish that incorporates oranges and doesn't require any stovetop cooking!

RAW CRANBERRY RELISH

1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
1 orange
1 red apple
1/2 cup C&H Pure Cane Granulated Sugar

Wash cranberries, discarding soft or discolored berries. Peel the orange, removing a thin layer of zest; discard the white inner rind. Quarter and core the apple.

Put cranberries, orange pulp, half the orange rind (or more to taste), and apple in a food processor. Add sugar and pulse until coarsely ground.

Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.

Serving Size: Makes 1 pint
