ISO: looking for iraqi recipes

Hi: I am looking for a good version of a couple of dishes that I ate while in iraq. The first is fatoosh(sp?) and the second is salata betanjaan (eggplant salad). Also, there is something called jajeek (cucumber with yogurt and mint). I think my spelling is off but anyone who is iraqi or middle eastern may understand. Thank you for your help
