ISO: looking for meltaway cookies

Hi. I have made a "meltaway" cookie for years every Christmas. Unfortunately I have lost the card it was written on. It is a crescent shaped cookie, coated in powdered sugar and half dipped in chocolate. It's main ingredient is cornstarch. Does anyone have it?
