ISO: Looking for REAL Italian Sauce.....

Hello Friends,

Here's a challenge for you, does anyone out there have an authentic Italian recipe using all Roma plum tomatoes to make sauce (marinara) that I can can? I have 15 pounds of these babies and need to do something with them. Helllppp!!!
