HORSERADISH BUTTER
Good to saute fresh fish. Use on cooked carrots and peas.
8 oz. (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened or 1 (16 oz.) jar mayonnaise (about 1 1/2 cups)
1 1/2 Tbsp. horseradish
1 Tbsp. orange juice or lime juice
1/2 Tbsp. grainy mustard or 2 Tbsp. wasabi powder
Mix the ingredients in a small bowl. Store in the refrigerator.
Servings: 16
