ISO: Looking for Recipe Name

I have found an old receipe I got from the internet for my son to enter a 4-H Egg Cookery contest. I can't find the name of the recipe, can you help? I know it may be one of Diana Shaw's vegetarian meals.

Ingredients are: 10 oz. spahetti, 4 eggs, 3 T. milk, 1/4-1/3 c. grated cheese, 2 t. extra virgin oil, salt and pepper.

Optional ingredients are: 1/4 c. minced smoked salmon, 1/3 c. minced tomato, 1/4 minced scallion or mild onion, 1/4 c. minced fresh mixed herbs, such as parsley basil, chives, cilantro or oregano.

There is one ingredient that I can't read at the top. I guess I need the name and recipe all over. For Egg Cookery contest in 4-H the recipe needs to contain at least 4 eggs. Sometimes these recipes are hard to come by. Please help if you can.
