ISO: Looking for recipe using chicken, bananas, condensed milk and cornflakes.

I am looking for a recipe I found years ago but have lost. The basic ingredients were chicken, sweetened condensed milk, corn flakes and bananas. Don't know the actual name of the disk - we called it "banana chicken".
