ISO: Looking for Teriyaki sauce recipe for rice bowls, found at Samurai Sam's or Onos

Misc.
We have 2 places out here, Ono's Hawaiin Grill and Samurai Sam's. Both have a Teriyaki sauce that i LOVE and they dont sell (sams does but a very small bottle of it and its always out!) My family loves these 2 places, but If I just had the recipe for this sauce I could make it at home! Its served with Rice, and meat (chicken or beef) and the sauce goes over it absolutely delicious! I have tried bottle stuff at the store and found it too bitter, as this sauce is very sweet.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
