ISO: Teriyaki Sauce from Samurai Sam's

Has anyone found this recipe? I lived in AZ for a few years before moving back to Idaho and I really miss Samurai Sam's. The closest one here is about 4 hour drive :P

I have tried about 6 or 7 different teriyaki recipes from online and several store bought sauces and none have been right.
