ISO: Looking for Ukrainian thin dough recipe - Plachenda

This is a very thin dough and then filled with your favorite pastry filling or nut filling. My friend is Ukrainian and both she and I are looking for the recipe. I am not sure of the spelling Plachenda. Thanks
