ISO: Lost card from My Great Recipes - Appetizer with Crab, on english muffin

I lost one of my cards from My Great Recipes, it was the appetizer for Crab, cheese, I think Mayo and Worchestisre and maybe green onions, I can't remember. But you put it on an english muffin and cook in the oven to melt the cheese. It was really good. Can someone please give me that recipe? Thanks so much.
