ISO: Love Creek apple pie

Help! There was in a wonderful apple pie made on one of the food channel shows, I believe it was "Food Finds". The name of the business was Love Creek Bakery??? They made an apple pie with I believe 5 pounds of apples. As a connoisseur of apple pies- this sounds like the ultimate apple pie. Would anyone have the copycat recipe? Please?
