ISO: Luby's Liver and Onions

I am looking for the recipe for Luby's Liver & Onions looked this dish in the 80's its the only liver i let touch these lips. I grew up in Houston TX and I live in Tn and haven't found anything that is even comparable to this delicious meal..... Thanks alot
