ISO: making a flaky dough
Misc.please i need help with making a flaky dough,the instruction i read says i should knife the butter into the flour with two knives and then toss the water in. My problem is i don't know what they mean by cutting the margerine in without using my hands, so how do i mix them together and how will it become coarse crumbs.
