Recipe: Blazin Barbeque Sauce

Toppings - Sauces and Gravies
BLAZIN BARBEQUE SAUCE

1 1/4 cups ketchup
2/3 cup oil
1 cup vinegar
5 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons dry mustard
3 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons butter
Heavy dash hot sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients and simmer until desired thickness.

Serve over cooked meat.
