ISO: Mantu-Persian?

Misc.
This recipe uses wonton wrappers, lamb, chickpeas, yogurt, mint and I think some type of tomato based sauce, It can either be a soup or a entree. I think the wonton stuffed with the ground lamb is called "mantu", like our chicken and dumplins maybe?
