ISO: Mashed Potato Stuffing

Maybe someone here can help me out. I am in search of a recipe for Mashed Potato Stuffing, not from scratch but using the Pepperidge Farm or Arnold Stuffing Cubes sold in the supermarket.

My mom always made a most amazing Mashed Potato Stuffing at Thanksgiving time. Now that we are no longer in touch with eachother, it is difficult to get the recipe.

All I remember was that she put the cubes in a large bowl and covered them with some turkey broth and then after she did that she mixed it with mashed potatoes (not sure if they were from scratch or from the box) and some seasonings and then she baked it. It was so good.

I would love to make it for the holiday next week and I don't have a recipe.

I searched Google and saw a scratch recipe using white bread and one recipe with the cubes but it doesn't look exact.

I am sure she got it off the stuffing mix package but it is no longer on there. This was too many years ago.

Any help would be appreciated.
