ISO: McCall's Cooking School Caesar Salad

Hello,
I had the 3 binder set for McCall's Cooking School and gave it away without realizing I forgot to copy the caesar salad recipe which I had tried and really liked. If anyway has it....thanks very much in advance!Linda
