ISO: Mdardara (Lebanese Rice w/Lentils...

Hi,

I am wondering if anyone out there has the recipe for this Lebanese rice with lentils and it has sauteed sweet onions throughout it. It is quite a tasty dish and I had it at a Lebanese buffet. The owner was kind enough to tell me the name, mdardara.
