ISO: Mexican Salsa Dip

Misc.

Looking for a salsa dip that is served at Mexican restaurants with nacho chips while you are waiting for your entree to be served. Have tried several out of cookbooks but just can't seem to find one that tastes the same. We like LaQuanzela's or El Toro's but they may not be a big enough chain to obtain their recipe. Can anyone help?
