ISO: Mexican type dip/appetizer platter

Misc.

I know this has a guacamole type base that is spread on a large
platter and is then layered with shredded lettuce, black olives,
shredded cheese & then picante sauce is drizzled over it. I can
make it up as I go along, that doesn't bother me. But, I would
really like a recipe or two, just to see if I've understood the
concept. It did not have meat in it. Once I have a recipe, I
think there are some variations I would like to try. Can anyone
help me? I want to make this for a party on Sunday, 6/27.
Thanks in advance.

P.S. I already searched the boards and nothing really caught my
eye that seemed similar. I searched under avocado, shredded
lettuce, guacamole, and dip.
