ISO: Milestone's Restauant - Spicy Thai Chicken Drummettes

I was recently at Milestone's Restaurant in Toronto and had the SPICY THAI CHICKEN DRUMMETTES. I would like to know what the recipe is for the toasted sesame cucumber mayonnnaise that the wings are dipped in and also the peanut sauce that is drizzled all over them. They were excellent but very, very spicy!
