ISO: Milk Balls in Cardamom Sauce

I was at an East Indian restaurant and had a wonderful dessert called milk balls in cardamom sauce - the balls were a slightly sweet, light milk cake (probably deep fried) with a light brown, spicey translucent cardamom sauce. I am now looking for this recipe so I can make it at home.
