ISO: Millionaire Icing

Misc.
Searching for an old recipe for icing - was called Millionaire Icing. Has pecans, lots of butter, sugar, and I swear I remember putting flour in it. It was cooked and then spread hot onto chocolate cake. Could be Southern. Haven't seen it in years. I was given the recipe by a church member 20 years ago in Camarillo CA. I would love to see any versions of this.
