New York Times Heritage Cookbook by Jean Hewitt

Misc.
Seek out "The New York Times Heritage Cookbook," by Jean Hewitt....a collection of 2,100 Regional American Recipes.

I believe you can find it on Amazon and read some of the reviews.

The contents are divided into regions of the country:

Northeast, South, Midwest, Mountain/Northern Plains, Southwest and Northwest. All sections contain Game Recipes.

This is an amazing book that I treasure....My edition is from 1972. The book was published by Bonanza Books, distributed by Crown Publisher, Inc. New York.
