Hello,
I am looking for an old-fashioned recipe called Missouri. The ingredients include, but notlimited to, ground beef, sliced potatoes, tomatoes, onions. That is all I can tell you due never making it myself. I heard that this is made in a baking pan.

Has anyone ever made this (i believe it to be a casserole.

Thank you for your response.
