OLD FASHIONED MISSOURI CASSEROLE

I have been making this for years, my family loves it.

You simply layer in a casserole dish or even a cake pan:
ground beef
thinly sliced potatoes
thinly sliced onions
canned tomatoes

Build the layers until you get your desired amount.

Bake at 350 degrees 35 to 40 minutes, you want to make sure the ground beef is really cooked.. Let rest for a few minutes, then serve.

I sometimes make fresh hot biscuits, or homemade bread to go along with it, but the bread of course is optional... Hope this works for you, Enjoy~
