ISO: Mix-N-Matches needed

I am searching for what I have heard called "Mix-N-Match Meals". My kids enjoy helping me cook and choose what is fixed for meals and I think these type of recipes would be a perfect way to allow them more creativity in the kitchen. Thank you in advance. :-)
